 A world of coffee, simplified

What it means to be a specialty coffee roaster is a topic for a larger, ongoing discussion.

What we think it should mean for our customers is that the coffee in their cup tastes exquisite.

And our way of making that happen is to stay focused.

That’s why we only ever have three offerings - our Bright, our Daily Drinker, and our Dark.

The particular coffees that we use for these offerings are ever-changing. That’s where seasonality comes in.

What stays the same is the overall quality and character of the coffee in your cup. We do this through careful coffee selection, data-driven roasting, and thorough flavor profiling.

We’ve also decided to forego the common practice of sharing specific flavor notes for each coffee.

One reason is how subjective the perception of flavor is to each individual. The other is the ever-changing aspect of the coffees we choose for each offering.

To be sure, our Daily Drinker might brim with notes of things like raisins, almonds and chocolate. But the next season’s Daily Drinker might have dried berry, pistachio and chocolate tones.

Kind of fun, right?
